Order Processing

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.

We offer free shipping on all orders — both domestic and international.

No minimum spend and no hidden costs. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. Times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If your tracking hasn't updated after [7] business days, contact us at arovellestore@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing. You will not be charged additional shipping for split deliveries.

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

We're happy to ship worldwide. For international orders, please note:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local government once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
  • Customs policies vary widely by country. If you're unsure, please check with your local customs office before ordering.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, and such delays do not qualify an order for a refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us at arovellestore@gmail.com within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated windows above, occasional delays can happen due to weather, carrier disruptions, customs, or peak-season volume. If your order is significantly past its estimated delivery date, reach out and we'll help track it down.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, please:

  1. Check with members of your household and neighbors.
  2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  3. Contact your local carrier with your tracking number.
